7-Notify all agents within my office - bonus incentive.
8-Notify top agents of your home.
9-Mail "Just Listed" postcards to surrounding neighbors.
10-Place in local advertising.
11-Place information on Web site www.ChuckEvans.com/, also placed on Yahoo!, MSN HomeAdvisor, Homes.com, etc...
12-Deliver copies of all documents to seller.
13-Distribute info to all prospective buyers.
14-Arrange all showings.
15-Feedback on all showings.
16-Regular market updates, both verbal & written.
17-Present, review and negotiate all offers with you the owner.
18-Provide Owner's Net Sheet - your "bottom line".
19-Constant communication during all negotiations.
20-Finalize sales contract.
21-Arrange for all inspections.
22-Provide comparable sales to the appraisor to validate contract price.
23-Confirm all contingencies are properly removed.
24-Arrange for closing with attorney's office.
25-Review HUD Statement and Seller's Net Sheet with you to make sure all figures are correct.
26-Accompany you to closing.
